Revised TBR/July Book Haul

Hello everyone! Lately I’ve been doing some organizing, and I’ve finally narrowed down my TBR to a realistic amount of books that I plan on finishing over the summer. I also went to the bookstore today, and picked up two books that I’m so excited to read!

4. Great Expectations by Charles Dickens
5. Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys
6. The Crown by Kiera Cass
7. Happily Ever After by Kiera Cass
8. Endgame: The Calling by James Frey
9. Love, Lies and Spies by Cindey Anstey

At the moment, I’m reading Love, Lies and Spies, as well as Oliver Twist. I wanted to read more classics over the summer, and especially Charles Dickens because he’s one of my favourite authors. I’m also hoping to get to Jane Eyre by the end of the summer if I finish these books first.

And now for my book haul…. 

Today I went book shopping, and bought The Crown’s Game by Evelyn Skye and My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand. Both of these books look amazing, I saw the books’ description and explanation in an Epic Reads video and decided I HAD to have both of these. The covers are also amazing! I’m going to be starting The Crown’s Game tonight as part of my book club reads! Both of these novels have elements of historical fiction and fantasy which really interests me right now, so I am more than excited to read these! If you’ve read either The Crown’s Game or My Lady Jane, please share your thoughts! 🙂
